Refunds & Return Policy

Air Ticket Refund / Re-Issue Policy:


Airmax Travels maintains the airline’s reissue and refund/cancellation policy. The service provider charges a service fee, which is not refundable. The service fee is what the customer must pay in exchange for the assistance, convenience, and service they receive from online platforms. The National Board of Revenue (NBR) has ordered that 5% VAT will be applied to the service fee.


Refund and Cancellation
If your travel plans have changed, you can cancel your booking. Based on the cancellation and refund rules attached to your fares, the refund will be processed if you have purchased your ticket on a refundable fare. If you’ve purchased a non-refundable ticket, only the non airline taxes will be refunded. Please note that cancellation and refund rules differ for different fare types.

All refunds will be made in the same mode of payment used while booking. In case of a booking made through a travel agent the refund amount will be made to the travel agency’s account on cancellation of the booking. Passengers will have to contact the concerned agency directly to claim their refund.

Currency – Fares and charges are payable in any currency acceptable to carrier. When payment is made in any currency other than the currency in which the fare is published, such payment will be made at the rate of exchange established in accordance with carriers/Credit Card Company/ Banking regulations. These regulations will also apply to tickets purchased and refunds processed.

➢ The info you see on our website comes from our providers and clients. The hotel management has the right to alter the rate at any moment. Even though we make every effort to check the information, we cannot be held liable for any errors that may be provided by vendors or hotel employees.
➢ Prior to making a reservation, it is the customer `&apo’s responsibility to check whether or not the hotel has a refund policy.
➢ Within 20 working days, the customer will receive the refund according to the specific hotel and bank policy.
➢ No hotel reservation allows for date changes. You must rebook with the new date and cancel the prior reservation hotel policy.
➢ The service provider charges a service fee, which is not refundable.
